How does ManyTongues work?
Just copy and paste a blog posting, upload a file, or enter a url. Then pay a per-word translation fee and we translate your stuff within three hours (under 300 words - for longer translations consult the Timetables). To access your translation, you can either check your inbox or log back onto our website.
What makes you different from other online translation agencies?
We are the fastest. No one else guarantees a three hour turn-around for every translation. When a story breaks, you often can't wait several business days and don't have the time to find a freelancer - even getting a quote can be too time-consuming. We offer the only fixed-price, reliable, and rapid translation service.
We only work online. For most translation agencies, the web is merely one part of their business. By working online, we ensure that we're more efficient, our prices are lower, and or translators are used to the semantics of web publishing (blogs and websites, for example, are often written much more informaly than standard documents).
Our customer service is unmatched. We believe every client is important, no matter how small. That's why when you check the "Call me to clarify" box when ordering, your translator will phone you before starting work at no extra charge to make sure he or she understands your needs.
Do you have a refund policy?
Yes. If for any reason you are not satisfied with our work, email support@manytongues.com requesting a refund within 7 days of your purchase. You will recieve a full refund within 48 hours, no exceptions.
When will you add new languages?
As soon as possible. French and Japanese are next on the list, but we're open to whatever our customers need. If you want a specific language, let us know by emailing suggestions@manytongues.com.
